What fragrance is the Original ΤΟVΛ® scent?
Launched in 1982, our original fragrance was then called TOVA9, many years later as our Founder Tova Borgnine added new fragrances to her Beauty line she formally named her original scent ΤΟVΛ® Signature to insure our friends had a name to identify their favorite ΤΟVΛ® fragrance. After all, ΤΟVΛ® Signature is not only the scent Tova Borgnine wears everyday but also the women who love ΤΟVΛ® Signature- becoming their Signature!
How do I return/exchange my purchase made on www.beautybytova.com?
Please contact our Beauty Representatives at (800)852-9999 so they may notate your impending return or exchange in our systems and personally provide you details. You will also find this information on your orders packing slip found in your shipping parcel.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept returns/exchanges of products made directly with us of gently used (2-3 applications) item(s) up to 30 days from the date of order shipment.
For products not purchased directly through us, please contact the retailer you purchased your ΤΟVΛ® product(s) from for information on their Return/Exchange Policies.
Why can't I ship fragrances Express Air delivery, Internationally or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska?
Fragrances are considered a hazardous material due to the alcohol content that makes them potentially flammable. There are many rules and shipping regulations in shipping fragrances. At this time, we are not eligible to ship to these areas or delivery services.
I want to ship my order to a hotel while I am visiting the United States, how do I do this?
You may call our Beauty Counselors at (800)852-9999 to place a phone order with your special requests or if you place your order online at www.beautybytova.com please follow these instructions:
Place your order 10 business days prior to your arrival at your hotel. At checkout enter your Credit Card billing address where prompted and the Shipping To Address the hotel you are staying at. Please include the exact hotel name, ATTN Guest (the name hotel reservation is under), Hotel address. Once you place your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you placed an order shipping to a hotel with your order number, the name of the name on the hotel reservation and your arrival date to the hotel so we may package your order to insure prompt delivery.
When are your Beauty Counselors available?
Our Beauty Counselors are available at (800)852-9999. Monday through Friday they are available 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Saturdays they are available 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. If you call after hours or if all our lines are busy, please leave a message that includes your name, phone number with area code and a brief message when prompted.
