Where can I purchase authentic TOVA beauty products?

Tova products are available through our online store, www.beautybytova.com. Orders may also be placed with our Beauty Counselors at (800) 852-9999 or through these Authorized Retailers:

Which fragrance is the original TOVA scent?

Launched in 1982, our original fragrance was called TOVA9. Later, as Tova added new fragrances to the line, the original scent was renamed ΤΟVΛ Signature. 

How do I return/exchange my purchase made on www.beautybytova.com?

To initiate an exchange or return please call (800) 852-9999 with your order number and we will be happy to assist you! You will also find this information on the order packing slip found in your parcel.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

• We accept returns/exchanges of gently used (2-3 applications) items purchased directly with us for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. 
• Returns must arrive intact and contain all original boxes/caps/packaging, etc. 
• Any returns that arrive broken due to insufficient packaging and/or missing packaging, have been heavily used (more than 2-3 applications) or are missing items, accessories, etc., may be refused a refund or issued a store credit in lieu of a refund and will be decided upon a case by case basis. 
• Due to the nature of our product line, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to accept a return on any/all beauty and skin care products based on a number of factors including but not limited to the factors listed above.

Why can't I ship fragrances internationally, to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, or via Express Air delivery?

Fragrances are considered hazardous material due to the alcohol content that makes them potentially flammable. There are regulations involved in shipping fragrances, which unfortunately prevent us from shipping to certain locations.
